RHYS EVANS
Rhys is a senior corporate and commercial lawyer with more than 28 years’ experience across major firms and ASX‑listed companies. He advises on capital markets, commercial transactions, financial services, technology procurement, infrastructure, governance and regulatory compliance for clients across banking, health, aviation, technology, property, construction and manufacturing.
He is a broad‑based commercial practitioner who quickly identifies the legal and commercial dimensions of complex matters and delivers practical, outcome‑focused solutions,including Wills & Estate Planning.
Rhys’ experience includes advising ASX‑listed companies on capital raisings, acquisitions, technology and outsourcing agreements, financial product development, governance frameworks and compliance with ASX Listing Rules and financial services regulation. He has acted on domestic and international supply and distribution arrangements, business investments and restructures, shareholder and unit holder agreements, practice acquisitions in the health sector, major infrastructure projects, and litigation in the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal.
A long‑term Gold Coast resident, Rhys is a father of four and enjoys the natural beauty of the GC.
