Legal Advice Report
Where our clients are proposing to lease Queensland Retail Premises, we provide specialist advice required by the Retail Shop Leases Act 1994 (Qld) including preparation of the Legal Advice Report for Queensland premises, and assistance with preparation of required Lessee Disclosure Statement.
Large Shopping Centres
We are experienced in reviewing leases of major shopping centres throughout South East Queensland, including Pacific Fair, Robina Town Centre, Australia Fair, Coomera Westfield, Homeworld Helensvale and Capri on Via Roma.

Assignment of Lease and Extension of Lease
We also provide assistance to our tenant clients in relation to assignment and transfer of Leases, where a tenant wishes to transfer their interest in a Lease following a business sale or exit of the premises, or in relation to a business purchase where the business they are purchasing operates from retail or commercial premises. Often this service is provided as part of a broader scope of works in assisting our business or franchisee clients with business buy and sell transaction work.
